I have had the pleasure of being functional lead on business systems implementations for Oracle Cloud SCM applications at a variety of companies for many years. I enjoy working with Oracle Cloud Order Management in particular, due to its rich interactions with adjacent functional areas including: pricing, quoting, configure-to-order, subscriptions, trade compliance, order promising, vendor drop shipments, warehouse deliveries, install base, tax, invoicing, accounting, and related master data including products and customers. Understanding these adjacencies and applying that knowledge to how Oracle solutions fit together is what I do best.
With my blend of functional and technical skills, I can envision ways to configure Oracle Cloud applications to extend their capabilities and best meet your business scenarios. I do this by exploring all options, creating demos for ideas and feedback, testing early and often, and designing inquiries and reports to monitor results and ensure quality. My familiarity with the underlying data models helps me when collaborating with technical teams on integrations, data conversions, reports and enhancements. My depth of experience at companies across a wide variety of industries, company sizes, and implementations helps me to empathize with business teams and learn how I can best help them to achieve their specific goals. And with my recent certification in Oracle’s AI Agent Foundation, I look forward to finding even more opportunities to deliver advanced capabilities and efficiencies using truly transformational technologies.
My work style is characterized by relentless focus on the customer experience — to provide both internal and external customers greater capability with fewer touchpoints. I enjoy working closely with all adjacent business areas and applications for the most efficient and robust end-to-end processes. I continually seek to deliver value in solution delivery while achieving time and cost objectives. This includes a smooth and supportable transition back to your business and support teams, ensuring a solid foundation for present and future use of your Oracle footprint.
Thank you

Being part of the F-14 Tiger Team was a thrilling first job. As thermodynamics engineer, I performed in-depth analyses on new aircraft avionics. At the same time, as a member of our cross-functional team of engineers, I learned the give-and-take of coordinating with all other disciplines involved. This was a lesson I have carried throughout my career
Earning an MBA from Darden at the University of Virginia expanded my view tremendously. With case studies in marketing, finance, accounting, business operations, and global systems, I learned to appreciate all aspects of the business ecosystem. This helped me to better understand the role played by each business area and the contribution it makes to the whole

I have enjoyed working in engineering, business operations and information technology at several companies, with deep engagement at many more through my experiences on consulting projects. To learn more, please see my LinkedIn profile at LinkedIn.com/in/PhyllisDoig
